Powdered Bentonite
Powdered bentonite clay is available in two variants, depending on the properties and intended use of the product.
BVP-1
Powdered bentonite
Alkali-activated powdered bentonite clay has a very wide range of applications thanks to its ability to swell and absorb liquids.
It can absorb a mass of water several times greater than its own weight.
Applications
It is mixed with water and other additives, creating a cohesive mass that helps prevent the collapse of borehole walls.
As a binder, it is mixed with foundry sand and coal powder to form thermally stable molds for casting iron, steel, and aluminum.

BVP-2
Powdered bentonite clay
BVP-2 is non-activated powdered bentonite clay with a particle size of 70 microns.
Unlike alkali-activated bentonite, it does not have swelling properties and is used in applications where this characteristic is not required.
Applications
It can be used in suitable production and technological formulations in accordance with their intended use.
It is used in the production of products intended for finishing works in construction.

Alkali-activated bentonite granules are available in two particle sizes, intended for different applications and customer requirements.
Granules 1–10 mm
Thanks to their pronounced swelling properties, bentonite granules with a particle size of 1–10 mm are used for sealing boreholes.

Granules 2–4 mm
